Zendesk is looking for a Manager to join our fast-growing Talent Acquisition team for Latin America (LATAM), specifically Mexico and Brazil. You must reside either in Mexico City or Mexico State.

The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads all aspects of the recruiting operation for key groups including Sales & Business Development, Engineering, Customer Advocacy, and G&A (e.g., Finance, Legal, People) in LATAM. You will work closely with the local and global leadership team and directly impact the success of the organizations you and your team support.

- What you'll do:_
- Working manager who will inspire, motivate and lead your team to ensure commitments, performance and standards of excellence as well as overall hiring needs are met.
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to identify and engage new pools of diverse and under-represented talent.
- Use data to influence all levels and decisions, engaging leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent.
- Drive the development of passive talent pipeline as determined by market needs and business strategies.
- Continue to build our employer branding proposition through internal partnerships, hosted events and multiple external channels.
- Bring recruiting expertise, the latest techniques, and industry trends
- Continuously look at process improvement and creating efficiencies and tools to enhance the hiring experience from multiple external and internal partners.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain necessary tracking, including OFCCP compliance.
- Source and recruit for select roles.
- What you bring to the role:_
- Must reside in Mexico City or Mexico State - able to work fully remote
- Must be fluent in English
- 3+ years leading team of 5 or more recruiters including hiring and developing successful teams
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Recruiting in SaaS environment preferred
- Great collaboration and communication skills. Passionate about influencing, inspiring and mentoring
- Strong knowledge of the LATAM (Mexico and Brazil) talent market including competition, supply & demand trends and skill based landscape.
- A broad knowledge of, and experience with, external recruiting resources including social recruiting and community-based organizations.
- The ability to independently lead multiple priorities and to constantly re-prioritize
- A high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience leading a combination of internal and RPO team members is ideal.
