**CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE**
**Objetivo**
Ser el aliado estratégico de nuestros clientes, logrando el éxito mediante la adopción tecnológica de nuestros productos y servicios Microsoft, al mismo tiempo ayudar a lograr relaciones comerciales de largo plazo.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência en **capacitaciones **con usuarios finales, **demostración de productos**, detección de oportunidades de negocio.
- Apasionado por relacionarse con el cliente e interesado en aprender constantemente.
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, MKT Digital, Psicología, Diseño Gráfico o afín.
- Inglés avanzado
**Responsabilidades**:
- Seguimiento a clientes como asesor estratégico de confianza.
- Capacitación para la adopción de productos de Microsoft.
- Responsable de la satisfacción y fidelización de nuestros clientes.
- Relaciones comerciales.
- Coordinación de diseño para campañas digitales.
- Organización de planes de adopción y consumo de productos Microsoft.
