- _ Solution in local SW systems through tickets_
- _ Configuration of new / restored equipment under the policies of the company_
- _ Attention and escalation of global IT tickets_
- _ Support in local IT projects_
- _ Administration of HW owned by the company._
- _ IT Asset Management (Inventory of Assets)_
- _ Documentation of IT Articles_
- _ Support of Conference Room Systems (Teams, Zoom)_
- _ Mobile Device Management and Support_
What You’ll Bring
- _ Windows 8.10 Enterprise Support_
- _ Use of intermediate level back-office tools_
- _ Use of O365 cloud tools_
- _ Knowledge in HW for diagnosis and care for support_
- _ English technical level_
- _ Previous experience, 5 years configuration and management of Windows O365 Domains (Federation)_
- _ High level of technical support and administration_
- _ Resiliency and Proactivity_
