**Job Summary**

Location - We are fully remote but generally working in the PST as normal business hours. As long as you get the job done your location is yours to choose.

**Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of SMS marketing, performance and deliverability
- Highly analytical and proficient in Google Analytics, Sheets and Looker
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills
- Previous experience directly managing a team
- Remote work experience a plus

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily campaign schedule for multiple brands and website properties
- campaign revenue, content, deliverability and list reporting
- Plan, execute and report on effective A/B tests
- Own and report key metrics related to engagement, retention, and churn
- LeverageLooker dashboards and build ad hoc reports as needed
- Provide QA, list hygiene, and deliverability support
- Collaborate with the team to maximize overall company revenue initiatives.
- Working directly with VP, Client Success and the CEO for strategy and departmental reporting
