We are an important logistics company that specializes in providing 4PL services to our clients, one of which is a distinguished leader in the technology field.

We are looking for:
Vendor Management Analyst

**Requirements**:

- Bacherlor's Degree in Administration/ International Business or equivalent.
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel (Knowledge in Pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
- +1 Year experience in Suppliers Management/Customer Service
- +1 Year experience in Database Management and Database Analysis

**Tasks**:

- Provide training on the system to the vendors.
- Pursue vendor engagement.
- Receive system feedback and follow up with IT.
- Send documentation request to the vendor when required.
- Identify ready to ship date discrepancy and manage with the vendor when PO delivery date is at risk.
- Proactive monitoring and reporting of open order status.
- Actively communicate with BP´s procurement area any PO visibility issue reported from vendors.
- Produce and keep up to date daily expediting reports for proper customer´s visibility.
- Vendor KPI management and corrective actions definition.
- Consolidation and optimization analysis.
- Propose operational efficiency strategies.
- Identify and develop continuous improvement opportunities for all facets of vendor activities.
