**I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION.**

Facility maintenance Engineer applies engineering principles and techniques to optimize the facility in a manufacturing environment to meet organizational objectives. Role includes ensuring proper installations, renovations and maintenance of facilities to minimize production delay.

**II. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Assign and manage activities of the Facility Maintenance group.

2. Assign and manage technician’s daily work.

3. Ensure appropriate and timely maintenance for transformers, air compressors, air conditioners, water plants.

4. Ensure appropriate pressurized air and electrical supply to requiring equipment, existing or new.

5. Ensure safety and timeliness by executing layout modifications.

6. Ensure appropriateness of existing electrical and air installations

7. Electrical energy saving program follow-up.

8. Ensure an appropriate level of inventory for internal supplies.

9. Ensure availability and proper use of tools and equipment for the Facility Maintenance group.

10. Develop and follow up appropriate preventive maintenance programs for pressurized air systems, air conditioners, and transformers.

11. Ensure facility lighting is in working conditions.

12. Ensure drinking water supply for the facility.

13. Ensure timeliness support for the production activity by

all members of the Facility Maintenance group.

Experiência y requisitos

**II. POSITION PROFILE**

1. At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance and personnel managing.

2. Extensive knowledge of pressurized air systems.

3. Extensive knowledge of electricity distribution systems.

4. Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems.

5. Preferred Technician degree on Air Conditioning or Electricity.

6. Strong Leadership.

7. Capable of managing and scheduling facility maintenance activities.

8. Initiative and assertiveness.

9. Purposeful attitude.

10. Capable of attending and leading internal and external audits.
