**Description**:

- Position Franklin Electric and all its professional channel brands as leaders in the water systems market in the designated territory. Provide high-level of technical support and accompaniment to the end user in Franklin Electric’s clean water portfolio, for the company to be indispensable in their operations through the correct promotion of the key factors of success (Quality, Availability, Service, Innovation, Cost).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to end users
- Bring support to core and new products in the field
- Training to end user teams, mainly technical and operative
- Travelling to visit customers and end users
- Behave in accordance with Franklin Electric values
- Gather and properly document the market details and learnings
