**About the company**:
RoverPass is a startup focusing on the campground and RV park industry.

They provide campgrounds and RV parks with a property management system and marketing services to help drive them more business.

**The role**:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to oversee and support our inside sales representatives team.

The Inside Sales Manager will work together with a high-performance sales team to achieve specific sales goals. This role will lead and motivate the sales team, monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.

**Requirements**:

- Fully fluent in English language
- At least 3 years of experience managing an inside sales team
- Coaches and trains new reps on best practices for cold calling and inside sales
- Write scripts and finds creative ways to handle customer objections
- Monitoring outbound metrics of each rep and ensuring that they achieve their targets
- Hiring new reps and training them to be the best
- Experience with high volume and lower value sales selling into the SMB category
- Experience with B2B sales and cold calling ideally within the Tech/Software/Travel Industry.
- Thrive in startup culture: dealing with a fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources.
- Experience with Hubspot
- Personal interest in the camping industry, RV travel, and the outdoors will be a plus
