**Job Opening: Regional Sales Manager - Hermosillo**If you are a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience and a passion for leading teams, this opportunity is for you. We are looking for a **Regional Sales Manager** with a strategic mindset, leadership skills, and a commitment to achieving outstanding results to join the team in a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality industrial products.**Position Details**:- **Location**: Hermosillo (must reside in the city or be available for immediate relocation).- **Schedule**: Full-time, continuous shift.- **Monday to Friday**: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.- **Saturday and Sunday**: Off.- **Holidays**: According to the law.- **Base salary**: Starting from $40,000 - $45,000 MXN.- **Commissions**: 2% on collected gross profit (monthly).- **Additional bonus**: $5,000 MXN for achieving the monthly target.- **Salary payment method**: Weekly.- **Travel required**: Yes, 40% of the time.- **Valid visa**: Required.- **English proficiency**: Advanced (essential for negotiations and relationships with foreign brands).- **Driver’s license**: Required.**Main Responsibilities**:- Achieve and exceed established quarterly sales targets.- Design and coordinate strategic programs such as industry training, brand exploration, and "Grill and Learn" a company´s staff integration yearly event.- Train, develop, and coach the sales team in both technical and soft skills.- Strengthen relationships with our distributed brands and optimize commercial conditions.- Supervise and evaluate the sales team’s performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity.- Analyze the market and competition to identify growth and expansion opportunities.**Minimum Requirements**:- **Proven experience of at least 5 years** in B2B sales, commercial team development, and key account management in industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical, mining, agriculture, or food industries.- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.- Experience leading sales teams with a focus on development and training.- Ability to negotiate with international brands and improve commercial conditions.- High analytical capacity and strategic thinking.- Verifiable work references.- Availability to undergo psychometric tests and background checks.**Desired Skills and Competencies**:- **Sales Skills**:- Advanced digital research.- Proficiency in social media platforms for commercial strategies.- Analytical and numerical ability for sales forecasting.- Empathy and customer-oriented approach.- **Management Skills**:- Active listening and conflict resolution.- Strategic planning and time management.- Ability to make an excellent first impression and build strong relationships.**Desired Knowledge and Certifications**:- Establishment and management of sales objectives.- Sales territory assignment and administration.- Advanced prospecting and closing techniques.- Profitability evaluation and optimization of products and services.- Training and development of high-performance teams.**About Employer company**:they are a company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial products for the manufacturing industry. they offer comprehensive solutions in industrial equipment and services, optimizing processes and reducing operating costs for key sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical, mining, agriculture, and food industries.
