International freight and logistics solutions company, is looking for its next SALES MANAGER for the ground Transportation business unit.
**Your new role**
***
As the next SALES MANAGER you will b responsible for:
- Sales and Solutions: lead generation, RFP management and system demos to help close new business.
- Lead and support the integration of new business into the team, identify gaps and needs to support the business. Provide successful implementation, startup and management of the account.
- Customer Satisfaction and Retention
- Drive competitive practices to ensure we are meeting pricing performance targets for accounts.
- Work with the CEO & Controller to create dynamic pod level budgets. Provide quarterly updates related to branch performance against plan.
**What you'll need to succeed***
- **College Degree with a minimum of 5+ years 3PL, Forwarder or Carrier sales experience.**

- **Strong negotiation skills at the executive level, yet ability to collaborate with transportation personnel.**

- **Result oriented**

- **FLUENT ENGLISH LEVEL is a must**
