**Purpose of the Role**
- Lead the commercial and brand positioning strategy for a premium watch brand in Mexico. This role ensures sales growth, profitability, and strong market visibility across both retail and digital channels, in close alignment with the Marketing Department and the international HQ.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the annual brand plan, including objectives, product launches, and commercial priorities aligned with HQ and local management.
- Coordinate 360° marketing campaigns (advertising, PR, trade, events) ensuring on-time delivery and ROI achievement.
- Oversee product launches, sell-in/sell-out tracking, rotation rates, and sales targets across POS and channels.
- Manage trade marketing and visual merchandising strategies, ensuring brand consistency in displays and materials.
- Negotiate with retailers and e-commerce partners for space, activations, and promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate product training sessions and sales tools (presentations, product decks, factsheets).
- Provide regular commercial analysis and executive reports to HQ and local leadership (margins, pricing, product mix, sales trends).
- Manage marketing and commercial budgets, ensuring financial discipline and ROI control.
- Safeguard brand governance and correct use of brand identity across all touchpoints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience managing premium or luxury brands (watches, fashion, accessories).
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with knowledge of sell-in/sell-out, pricing, trade marketing, VM, and basic e-commerce.
- Advanced English level (daily interaction with HQ).
