We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts by cold calling potential clients in the United States. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, nurture relationships, and set up sales-qualified meetings to fuel our growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients in the United States, introducing them to SalesUP’s services.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding their business needs and pain points. Maintain a high level of activity, making numerous calls daily to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation strategies. Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential opportunities. Utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track activities, and update records accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve our products, services, and sales processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong phone presence and experience making high-volume cold calls.
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $11,121.42 - $18,535.70 per month
