**What you will bring to the team**

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Talent Acquisition Administrative Intern, to support the Talent Acquisition Team in Guadalajara Jalisco. This role is for a current within the last 2 years of the college degree.

**What you will be doing**:
Your typical day as anTalent Acquisition Administrator Intern will involve:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support Recruitment and Selection Initiatives
- Onboarding sessions support
- Administrative activities
- Responsible for managing documentation of new hires
- Sourcing and recruitment activities.

**To be successful in this role, you must have the following**:

- Microsoft Skills
- Willingness to learn
- Basic recruitment skills
- Attend Guadalajara’s Office 3 times a week

**Preferred Skills**:

- Intermediate to Advance English
- Excellent Oral and Written communication
- Intermediate use of excel, outlook, sharepoint
