Here, you’ll be part of a company that values and champions new ways of thinking, work with dynamic individuals, and acquire new skills and experiences that will propel your career to new heights.****Making animals’ lives better makes life better - join our team today****Your Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator****Your Responsibilities**:- ** Track key metrics**: Assist with generating reports to monitor recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.- ** Provide administrative support**: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with various tasks and projects as needed.- ** Contribute to process improvements**: Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing talent acquisition strategies and processes.**What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)**:- ** Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience- ** Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of Talent Acquisition Support or HR Coordinator experience- Outstanding English speaking and written communication skills are required**What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)**:- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization- Demonstrable initiative, proactiveness, and problem-solving skills**Additional Information**:- Location: Located within one of Elanco’s Business Solutions hubs in Warsaw, Poland or Guadalajara, Mexico.
