We’re looking for a results-oriented Product Owner / Portfolio Manager to work as a key member of AgileEngine Product Studio that creates corporate digital solutions aimed to address business-critical needs and processes. As a Product Owner / Portfolio Manager you will be closely working with multiple product development teams, empowering them to effectively deliver business results and ensure our users are getting the most out of our products.

**What will you do?**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned PMs/POs to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Provide vision and direction to the agile development teams, coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them
- Develop use cases, acceptance criteria and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- Help with backlog prioritization and estimation across the projects
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Identify and manage risks, opportunities across multiple projects
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders communication and expectations

**What is required?**
- 3+ years experience in product/project management field (PO/BA, QA, PM)
- Experience with Agile process and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Experience working with senior decision makers
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proactiveness and ownership mentality
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details

**Nice to haves**
- Previous experience in software productcompanies
