Join us and let us focus together on what’s truly important: making lives better with new ideas and the latest technology around the world.**Your Tasks and responsibilities**- Defines the strategic development and lifecycle of the assigned product, solution and/or service portfolio, in line with the given strategy of the business.- Proposes function or unit related budgets, e.g. R&D budget distribution, strategic targets, etc.- Defines and allocates resources for Product Portfolio Management.- Ensures constant observation of relevant markets (competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards and regulations within target markets, etc.).- Initiates analyses and decision proposals for Product & Product Portfolio Management Head.- Manages organization unit(s) assigned and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.**Your qualifications**:- Electrical engineering or similar background- Fluent English- 10 years of experience with electrical protection and automation systems- Experience working with electrical substations- Experience as team leader and team manager- Experience working with projectsEqual Employment Opportunity Statement
