We are looking for a Mainframe Tech Lead

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Requesting a Technical Lead resource, seeking an individual with Sr. level experience to perform Technical Lead duties in the following areas.

**Required skills**:

- Have 8 years of IT-related work experience with exposure to resolving user technology issues.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft / PC fundamentals.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours to complete implementations and resolve issues.
- Rotating on-call is required for this role.
- Strong MVS Cobol, JCL & DB2 Skills.
- **Analysis and creating Designing Specs.**:

- Stored Procedure Knowledge
- **Perform code reviews.**
- Coding and Testing.
- **Experience with interface systems.**:

- Implementation and support.
- **Document system processes.**:

- Manage assignments independently.
