Unconflicted and independent, we are reinventing a simpler future for travel’s complex ecosystem.**What does a great **Tech Lead **do?**As the technical lead, you will oversee the development team and all projects they undertake, analyze requirements, update progress to leadership, identify risks, and understand schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.To be successful as a technical lead, you should always be expanding your industry knowledge and be able to quickly identify problems. Outstanding technical leads are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their teams.**Responsibilities**:- As a Technical lead will take ownership of the development of various modules.- Responsible to lead, collaborate, assess, and implement software development lifecycle efficiency interventions in the people, process & technology areas- Troubleshoot development issues to determine root causes and provide solutions- Review current systems and present ideas for system improvements. Prepare design documents and functional specifications and develop or manage product enhancements.- Develop and maintain technical and user documentation- Maintain technical and functional awareness and competence**What we look for/who would prosper in this role?**- About 7-10 yrs of software development experience. Hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, integration testing)- At least 4-6 years of experience in agile software development and engineering practices.- Experience and proficiency 1-2 of the languages (Java, J2EE,.net, C#,) and Scripting (JavaScript, Groovy)- Understanding of Microservices and Container architecture- Expertise in various industry standard software development methodologies.- Experience in effort estimation- Research & identify key industry trends related to Safe Agile, SDLC methodologies & contribute ideas to improving the SDLC maturity model(s).- Good people management skills- Excellent verbal communication and technical writing skills.**As we evolve and grow as a business, so will you.**You will thrive within an inclusive and diverse workplace where you are encouraged to think differently, and have the courage, confidence & ambition to challenge what’s been done before, and be bold to win**Interested?
