**Duties**
- Working closely with the Digital Analytics Manager, you will help Deel develop its tracking framework by supporting all digital tracking initiatives, and their ability to bring value to the business
- Gather, analyse and interpret digital data for business decisions and digital marketing activities
- Support the maintenance of our Tag Management (Google Tag Manager) and Analytics (Heap, GA4) platforms
- Work with stakeholders to design, implement and communicate data layer components
- Work with Growth and Product teams to coordinate, prioritise and support all activities related to the development and implementation of analytics and reporting

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, or similar Tag Management tools (Server side tracking knowledge is a plus)
- Working knowledge of Analytics tools such as GA4 or Heap
- Proficiency in SQL
- You understand the basics of Javascript
- Good understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, and key marketing channels, both paid and unpaid
- Naturally curious of the digital analytics landscape, and eagerness to learn
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Available under European timezone
