We are currently seeking an Account Service Specialist to join our team in Mexico.

**Position overview**
- Oversees, facilitates, and administers ITILbased service support and/or technical account management in the coordination of incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis.
- Responsibilities include the management and oversight of service delivery processes, which may include incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management and configuration management as well as resource coordination, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during services engagements from tactical to strategic.
**Position's General Duties and Tasks**:

- Leads intermediate-level service delivery processes and associated projects.
- Owns one or more service delivery processes.
- Manages service delivery processes in a standard service delivery environment.
- Leads continuous improvement activities in support of client or internal business processes.
**Qualifications**

**Must have Skills**:

- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Account/Delivery Management-Delivery Oversight - ITIL/ITSM Processes (1005505)
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principals
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong ability to create and document process
**Nice to have, but not required**:

- Experience working in ServiceNow ITSM
- ITIL 4 Foundations Certification
**Education Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
