We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Asset Management Admin**

**Principal responsibilities**
- Manage the asset management inventory for laptops, desktops, thin client and accessories
- asset life cycle management
- Assign and distribute the storage equipment to the users
- Liaise with couriers regarding any delivery issues Knowledge
- Elaboration of projections of purchases according to consumption
- Update SLA (Service Level Agreement) Register
- Report Management
- Troubleshoot vendor orders and updating vendor reports
- Maintain waste disposal records
- Pass invoices as appropriate

Requirements

**Calificaciones - Externas**

Knowledge

Advanced knowledge in asset management, fully experience in asset life cycle management,

Warehouse administrators oversee the management of stock within an organization. This includes receiving, issuing and dispatching stock, and handling communication between freight companies and warehouse customers.

Warehouse administrators are responsible for the data entry and inventory of all stock. This involves processing receipts, taking records and documenting the details of all orders. They also organize staff inductions, manage occupational health and safety procedures and book times for incoming deliveries. They may also have to assist with general duties within the warehouse.

Experience
- At least 3 year in a similar position

Qualifications and Accreditations
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
- Second Language: English (mostly desirable)
- Proton System
- Inventory Systems
- ITIL
