Not familiar with the legal industry? No problem With our Career Launch Program, we train you from beginner to pro so you can build a successful career as a Legal Assistant. This is a paid training program that prepares you for long-term opportunities with our U.S. law firm clients. If you’re eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, this program is for you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Organize and update legal case documentation
- Schedule attorney appointments and provide case updates
- Manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual fluency (English-Spanish, **C1 or above**)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or higher education
- Currently living in or near **Guadalajara, Jalisco**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills

**What We Offer**
- Net salary: $12,000-$14,000 MXN/month
- Monday-Friday fixed schedule (no rotating shifts)
