Daily duties of the team: - Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution. - Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction. - Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation. - Support the team in other markets as needed. - Translation of online support for new launches (on demand). - Support at customer events in the market. - Support in market development and system adaptation. **What are we looking for?**- Native or bilingual in** Spanish and English**: - **You live in Puebla (Mexico)**: - Proactive and positive attitude - Service oriented - You are a technology geek.
