If you're average, you can earn $265k MXN with us. If you are a star, you will earn $345k MXN and higher. Young or old; if you have the stuff, we'll know.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our organization’s ongoing sales operation as lead by example as a salesperson. You will be the company’s most critical leader with plenty of freedom to improve the department as you see fit. There are only (3) sales people to manage; so hitting growth and efficiency goals should be straightforward. If you have excellent people skills, business acumen, and exemplary work ethic, we’d like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead sales team to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Perform as a salesperson
- Design and test sales strategies, plans, and procedures
- Set and track comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Manage daily operations of the sales people
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Troubleshoot and correct to predict and prevent sales slumps

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Sales Manager or relevant role
- Competency and experience in Sales
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Proven interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Detail oriented, message us that you found our easter egg to prove you're detail oriented
- Proven aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Today, Banyan River Trust operates nationwide, expanding in less than 2 years to serve the affordable housing and manufactured home sector. Our small interpersonal company of only 10 people has already helped to provide hundreds of people housing. What sets us apart is our deep mission to provide relief to the affordable housing crisis facing the US today. We are a small organization with big culture and big dreams.

Pay: $265,000.00 - $345,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

COVID-19 considerations:
This is a long term fully REMOTE position; so COVID-19 exposure will not be increased in any way by this job opportunity.
