SALES REPRESENTATIVE

**Objetivo del puesto**:
Como Sales Representative serás una pieza clave para promover soluciones educativas que preparen a niños y jóvenes para un futuro tecnológico.

Si eres un apasionado de las ventas con un enfoque orientado al cliente, empático, experto en comunicación, organizado y eficiente, con la capacidad de adaptarte y prosperar en un entorno dinámico e internacional y además te encanta trabajar en equipo Te estamos buscando

**Requerimientos**:

- Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing o un campo relacionado (preferido)
- Experiência +2 años en **ventas B2C**, idealmente en una **startup**, empresa educativa o en el **sector de educación **(deseable)
- Capacidad para **comunicarse de manera efectiva **y concisa con los clientes
- Buen entendimiento de **KPIs y objetivos**:

- Habilidad fuerte de **cierre de ventas**:

- Conciencia cultural y capacidad para trabajar en equipo
- **Sentido de ownership**:

- Empático y extrovertido
- Pasión por las ventas
- Nível mínimo de inglés B2 (deseable)

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Realizar llamadas de ventas**:Gestionar tanto llamadas entrantes como salientes para captar nuevos clientes, construir relaciones y promocionar las ofertas.
- **Gestionar ventas directas**:Asumir la responsabilidad de las ventas directas en la región, logrando los KPIs mensuales y cumpliendo los objetivos de ventas.
- **Identificar oportunidades de ventas**:Detectar y aprovechar oportunidades de renovación, venta cruzada y venta adicional para maximizar los ingresos.
- **Brindar excelente servicio al cliente**:Asegurar un alto nível de atención al cliente, respondiendo de manera proactiva a las consultas y manteniendo relaciones positivas con los clientes.

**Horario**:Lunes a Viernes 10:00 am a 7:00 pm (flexible con base a resultados)

**Modalidad**:Tiempo completo, Horario Híbrido (2 veces por semana a la oficina)

**Sueldo**: $15,000 MXN netos mensuales mas comisiones

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes

Tipo de jornada:

- Diurno
