Your mission is to identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with warehouses across the United States.**What You’ll Do**:- **Lead Qualification**: Assess whether prospects meet our ideal client profile based on their clinical and operational needs.- **Meeting Generation**: Schedule high-quality meetings with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry for the commercial team.- **Pipeline Management**: Use CRM tools to track activities, maintain accurate records, and manage your sales pipeline effectively.- **Market Research**: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market movements to refine your pitch and improve targeting strategies.**What We’re Looking For**:- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)- Outstanding communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach- Previous experience in outbound sales or business development- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients- Familiarity **with warehouse-related terminology and operations**:**What We Offer**:- Competitive **base salary ($24k - $25k gross)**:- Full **law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)**:- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN tax free**:- **Excellence**bonus of $1,000 MXN tax free- **Private minor medical insurance**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $24,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Seguro de gastos médicosPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Are you familiar with warehouse-related terminology and operations?- Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting?Idioma:- Inglés (B2 - C1) (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
