**What you’ll do**
We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Systems Analyst to Work on the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in LATAM.
You will:
- Identify Tax, Statutory, Legal and Language requirements as we roll out Fusion to Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America
- Identify global system enhancements based on strategic and tactical business needs.
- Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specification documents and functional specification documents
- Anticipate the needs of the business via identification of system deficiencies & opportunities for system/process improvement
- Lead small project efforts end-to-end, as requested
**What we’re looking for**
- You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and support. This should include at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
- Experience with Fusion FBDI templates and related processes to load/stage data
- Experience creating reports using Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, FRS, Smartview and basic SQL proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting, finance, management information systems or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to report in English
**The nice to haves**
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in one of the ERP modules
- CPA, CMA, PMP certification

**Other knowledge, skills, and abilities**
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple aggressive deadlines
- Strong written and oral presentation skills. Ability to conceptualize client needs and translate them into requirements and proposed solution
- Ability to design and conduct end user training
