WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As an Inside Sales Manager you will be joining a sales team focused on selling our financial services to contractors. This salesperson will manage prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and converting leads into active, long-term users.
- Conduct calls.
- Educate customers on how our products or services can benefit them
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams within GREENPACE CAPITAL; Marketing, Analytics, Operations, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- COLD CALLING FEARCE
- 1-3 years’ experience as a quota-carrying sales representative (USA CUSTOMER)
- Experience selling financial products to SMBs in USA
- Strong oral and written presentation skills along with strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility - we're a company that moves and reacts fast
- Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
- Technology savvy and proficient in the use of a range of communication, presentation and other business tools

WHAT’S NEXT?

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 22010, Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
