- **English Sales Team leadership.**:

- **Cold Sales, Solving objections.**:

- **Work with international environment and American clients.**:

- Contact potential clients in English to determine their needs.
- Train new staff.
- Providing solutions for agents in terms of KPIs.
- Knowing how to create a strict working environment while employees enjoy coming to work.
- Coordinate the shift of the employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Actively seeking out new customers.
- Collaborate with team members in the USA to achieve better results.
- Knowing how to solve client objections and helping agents bring high performance.**QUALIFICATIONS**:_
- **English (MUST).**:

- **Worked with American Companys.**:

- **English management only.**:

- **Sales experience.**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Collection experience.
- Fast learner and a quick thinker.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
