B9 allows its members to access their hard-earned wages up to 15 days early.As a Fintech company where customer experience is integral and a key growing function, our success relies highly on effective Customer Success management planning, forecasting, and optimization to deliver a world-class customer support experience at scale.**Key qualifications**- Experience in Banking/Fintech/IT companies.- Proficient in exploring databases and identify data elements with mínimal documentation.- Strong analytical skills.
