**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar, implementar y gestionar programas de aprendizaje en línea a través del sitio web, asegurando que los cursos sean interactivos, accesibles y efectivos.
- Crear y desarrollar módulos educativos integrando recursos multimedia (videos, imágenes, animaciones, etc.).
- Supervisar y optimizar la plataforma de gestión de aprendizaje (LMS) para garantizar una experiência de usuario óptima.
- Evaluar el rendimiento de los cursos y realizar mejoras continuas basadas en el feedback de los usuarios.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para alinear los contenidos con los objetivos educativos y empresariales.
- Utilizar herramientas de análisis como Google Analytics para medir el impacto y efectividad de los programas de aprendizaje.

**Requisitos**:

- Más de 4 años de experiência en la creación y gestión de programas de e-learning.
- Nível de inglés avanzado C1 (se realiza test).
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de autoría como Articulate Storyline o Adobe Captivate.
- Conocimiento en plataformas LMS como Moodle o TalentLMS.
- Habilidad para analizar datos y tomar decisiones basadas en métricas de rendimiento.
- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de colaboración como Slack o Trello.
- Capacidad para gestionar proyectos y trabajar en equipo.
