Como IT Support Associate II, utilizará sus habilidades para ayudar al equipo de operaciones a resolver problemas técnicos dentro de una instalación de operaciones de Amazon que abarca una multitud de disciplinas técnicas. Estamos comprometidos con la mejora; se le alentará a participar en las oportunidades de desarrollo profesional que se presenten para progresar en su carrera en Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

- Asignación, mantenimiento y diagnostico de dispositivos de TI utilizados para la operación de Amazon.
- Maneja procedimientos y solicitudes de soporte a través de la red.
- Colabora en el entrenamiento de nuevos empleados.
- Aprendizaje continuo de nuevas tecnologías.
- Habilidad para dar soporte a clientes de múltiples edificios en el área, así como clientes remotos.
- A+, Network +, u otras certificaciones estándar en la industria de TI.
- Experiência en diagnostico de problemas de sistemas informáticos integrados e interdependientes.
- Experiência en mantenimiento de impresoras térmicas Zebra, diagnostico de problemas en Thin Clients, PCs, escáneres y terminales portátiles de mano (handhelds).
- Habilidad para priorizar el trabajo basado en el departamento y objetivos de la producción.
- Habilidades en Manejo de Servicios, Manejo de Proyectos y Manejo de Inventario.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
- Habilidad para trabajar, priorizar y tomar decisiones de forma independiente en un entorno de producción acelerado.
