**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process refunds or credits for customers and manage withheld payments for sellers.
- Ensure all pending orders are completed efficiently.
- Identify areas for operational improvements and suggest possible solutions.
- Handle escalations from customers and sellers effectively.
**Requirements**:
- At least **1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or client relations**.
- **Advanced english** is a must
- Abailability to work from **Monday to Saturday** (2 days off: Sunday and one week day)
- Proficiency in**:Zendesk**(or similar platforms), **live event ticketing software**and **G-Suite.**:
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
