You hold a bachelor’s, master’s degree or ‘brevet fédéral’ in Hospitality or another related field. You have at least 10 years of relevant international experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, with an expertise in either the bar, restaurant or any other costumer facing area of F&B, and previous experience in leading teams. You are a born leader, you demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills and the natural ability to influence others. You are a customer-focused, team and result oriented person that radiates passion and knows how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You fully master English (French is considered a strong asset) and you have excellent digital skills.

As a **Service Instructor Supervisor and Outlet Manager** you will have the following responsibilities:

- Lead a team of experienced professionals (operational staff and practical arts faculty members), assuming tasks such as time management, scheduling, all whilst supporting the team’s professional growth.
- Manage teaching activities related to bars and restaurants.
- Oversee course content creation and delivery and participate in the design of workshops, all whilst ensuring a 5* level service.
- Oversee all bar and restaurant operations.
- Manage all aspects of the front and back of house operations of our points of sales.
- Create synergies and maintain fruitful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all ad hoc events; participate in student admissions activities and oversee F&B related student clubs and groups.
- Participate in the organization of promotions and new offerings to expose the students to a multitude of experiences.
