**Propósito del puesto / Purpose of the position**:
**Principales Roles & Responsabilidades / Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Gestión de Personal
Supervisar las competencias de su equipo y desarrollar su autonomía (construcción del plan de formación, seguimiento e implementación de acciones formativas).
Asegurar que se respeten los estándares de trabajo durante las operaciones (seguridad, instrucciones de trabajo, calidad, respeto del producto).
Asegúrar de que los estándares de reacción se apliquen con rigor y realice el escalamiento de acuerdo con los estándares.
Dirigir reuniones diarias, semanales y mensuales, y organizar la delegación.
Realice evaluaciones anuales, revisión de salarios, entrevistas de carrera, planificación de sucesión y brinde comentarios.
Comunicar una mentalidad de mejora continua y responsabilidad frente al logro de objetivos.
Realizar OJT de sus equipos todos los días sobre los estándares y metodologías implementados.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
Garantizar el mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos.
Definir estándares de trabajo con la ayuda de funciones de apoyo.
- People Management
Monitor competences for his/her team and develops its autonomy (training plan building, follow-up & training actions implementation).
Ensure working standards are respected during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product).
Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards.
Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings, and organize delegation.
Conduct annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, succession planning & give feedback.
Communicate a mindset of continuous improvement & responsibility vs. targets achievement.
Perform OJT of his/her teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented.
Ensure enforcement of health, safety and environmental rules.
Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment.

Define work standards with the help of support functions.

**Requerimientos para el puesto / Requirements for the job**:

- Ingenieria / Engineering Degree.
- 2 años de experiência en insutria automotriz / 2 years Experience in manufacturing environment Automotive manufacturing experience a plus.
- 3-5 años de experiência en electrónica automotriz SMT / 3-5 years of SMT automotive electronic experience.
- Maestria y Certificacion Six Sigma / Masters Degree Six Sigma Certification
- Ingles (Avanzado)

Salario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mes
