Galactic Holdings is a project that started in 2019, oriented to the Latin American market. We are building a new type of digital financial ecosystem which includes a wallet (Trubit), a cryptocurrency exchange (Mexo.io) and a stablecoin (Moneta Digital).
Our goal is to be the bridge that drives mass adoption to the Blockchain world so that our users can enjoy all the benefits it has to offer.
**THE ROLE**
We're looking for an enthusiastic Community Specialist, a natural communicator, and excited to create quality connections between our company and the public, who will forge new and maintain existing relationships with our community.
**Responsibilities**
- Help the community understand how the product works, its benefits, and guide them through the adoption process.
- Come up with, organize, and execute community engagement strategies, projects, and events.
- Create strategic plans to help facilitate community involvement and put them into action.
- Build relationships with the community as well as maintain and elevate existing relationships.
- Host regular meetings to develop partnerships and build rapport internally and externally.
- Monitor community engagement activities, contribute to reports, and participate in the development of program evaluation projects.
- Communicate and liaise with other departments for consistency of our brand’s representation.
- Develop strategies to continuosly grow new communities around our main product.

**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Proficiency with using social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and readiness to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Absolute professionalism when dealing with clients to represent the company in a positive light.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- At least 2 years of experience in community growth area.
