**Descripción del Puesto**:
Estamos en busca de un **Desarrollador de Aplicaciones Cloud-Native** con una mentalidad analítica y habilidades sólidas en ingeniería de software para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, desarrollarás aplicaciones nativas en la nube utilizando tecnologías modernas con un enfoque en AWS. Aplicarás principios avanzados de estructuras de datos y algoritmos para diseñar soluciones escalables y eficientes. Buscamos un profesional con alta competencia técnica y pasión por escribir código limpio y optimizado.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones nativas en la nube utilizando **Node.js y Python**.
- Aplicar estructuras de datos, algoritmos y patrones de diseño para crear sistemas escalables.
- Escribir código limpio y mantenible, participando en revisiones de código.
- Desarrollar y desplegar aplicaciones sin servidor en AWS utilizando **Lambda, API Gateway y otros servicios**.
- Diseñar y mantener **APIs RESTful** y arquitecturas basadas en eventos.
- Optimizar y asegurar aplicaciones en la nube mediante mejores prácticas de AWS.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para traducir requisitos en soluciones técnicas.
- Construir y mejorar pipelines de **CI/CD** para automatizar procesos de despliegue.
- Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas de rendimiento y estabilidad en producción.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o maestría en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería o experiência equivalente.
- **Mínimo 5 años de experiência** en desarrollo de software.
- Experiência en desarrollo de aplicaciones en la nube con **Node.js y Python**.
- Conocimientos sólidos en **estructuras de datos, algoritmos y principios de diseño de software**.
- Experiência con **AWS** y sus servicios (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Desarrollo y optimización de **APIs RESTful y arquitecturas basadas en eventos**.
- Familiaridad con **arquitecturas sin servidor, microservicios y contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes)**.
- Experiência en **CI/CD, pruebas automatizadas y estrategias de implementación**.
- Conocimientos en **seguridad en la nube** (IAM, VPC, cifrado de datos).
- **Inglés conversacional** (requisito indispensable).

**Habilidades Deseadas**:

- Certificaciones de AWS (AWS Certified Developer, AWS Solutions Architect).
- Experiência con herramientas de Infraestructura como Código (**CloudFormation, Terraform, AWS CDK**).
- Conocimientos en monitoreo y logging (**CloudWatch, ELK Stack**).
- Familiaridad con **arquitecturas basadas en eventos** (SNS, SQS, Kafka).
- Experiência en sistemas IoT, gestión energética o automatización de edificios.

Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mes
