Blend is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will work with internal client groups to execute Blend's talent needs, providing solutions to achieve business goals and objectives. You'll function as an experienced business partner and trusted advisor to business leaders. You maintain a high level of business literacy about business objectives and challenges as well as the culture of your respective client groups. You possess a high level of resiliency, which enables you to effectively navigate various nuanced situations.

**_ Note: This role is based in our Mexico City office and you must be able to work in a hybrid office environment_**

**How you'll contribute**:

- Engage with Senior leaders within assigned areas along with their respective leadership teams to execute talent strategies that foster organizational and people capabilities
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional partners to execute initiatives such as workforce planning, talent review, and pay planning
- Proactively identify efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
- Assist in developing Blend's Emerging Talent program initiative
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, while exhibiting a flexible and innovative approach to support business goals
- Ability to recruit non-technical talent in Mexico and the U.S. when needed

**Who you are**:

- At least 6 years of experience in recruiting, with an emphasis in recruiting technical talent in a high volume environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience driving proactive efforts to seek out ways to add value to the business
- Experience advising managers through complex hiring needs & solving workforce challenges
- Ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities, accepting responsibility for results of actions
- Ability to build productive cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to effectively project manage, meet deadlines and commitments
- Exceptional listening skills, ensures mutual understanding of expectations, concepts, and practices
- Extensive use of Gsuite and an applicant tracking system
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
