Dispatcher for Truckload

Due to our continued growth, We are looking to add to our dispatch team.

Full Time Truck load dispatcher.

Must have experience using loads boards, DAT, Truckstop etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clear directives to drivers to carry out their assigned routes
- Ensure that drivers are given all the proper information in order to complete their assigned dispatch
- Proactively resolve issues as needed with professionalism
- Negotiate freight rates and obtain new work from load boards if needed
- Update our Customer Care Team throughout the day with driver activity

**Skills**:

- Must have 1-2 years Dispatch experience in Truck Load
- Basic knowledge of local routes, interstates highway and cities
- Knowledge of dispatching with an ability to project driver arrival times
- The ability to work and communicate with multiple departments and a variety of personnel - both internal and external
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Bilingual is preferred but not required

We pay % from the Gross.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $15,000.00 per week
