Customer Account Manager – Packaging & AutomationFull-Time | Exempt $45,853 to $57,316 (Mexican Pesos Monthly)***US TOURIST VISA REQUIRED (For Training in the U. S)***About the RoleThe Customer Account Manager is the trusted partner for Serac's existing customers—owning relationships, driving aftermarket revenue, and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, supporting everything from new formats and upgrades to training, audits, and service visits.Success in this role is measured by customer loyalty, revenue growth, and satisfaction.What You Bring- Strong understanding of the automation & packaging machinery industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyProfessional, customer-first mindsetStrong organizational and time-management skillsFluent in English for all job-related communicationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required)10+ years experience with packaging equipment5+ years experience with filling & capping machines5+ years managing customer accounts in an industrial/OEM environmentSales & Growth- Drive sales by promoting tooling, upgrades, retrofits, service visits, maintenance contracts, and spare partsIdentify and execute growth opportunities within existing customer accountsBuild and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer valueAccount Management & Customer Relationships- Manage and grow assigned customer accountsBuild strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersAct as the voice of the customer internally Customer Service & Satisfaction- Deliver exceptional service and ensure high customer satisfactionProactively resolve issues and escalate when necessaryTrack and respond to customer feedback and survey results Operational Collaboration- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Service teams to support customer needsSupport Field Service Technicians with documentation and parts inventory auditsContribute to new programs and customer-driven solutions Travel & Work Environment- Up to 50% travel to customer sitesOffice-based with frequent customer interactionDomestic and limited international travel requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks during site visitsAdditional Requirements- Must be eligible to travel to the U.
