This is a hands-on, high-impact hybrid role that combinesRecruiting Leadership, People Partnership, and HR Coordination. You'll be the local face of our culture — driving hiring excellence, supporting our people, and building bridges between CDMX and HQ.Partner directly with hiring managers and client leads to define scorecards and KPIs.Champion our employer brand in the CDMX market and shape nearshore hiring strategy.Serve as the first-line People Partner for CDMX employees — building trust and engagement.Organize meetups, rituals, and activities that create belonging in a hybrid environment.Coordinate with HQ (Mazatlán) on compliance, payroll, and HR operations.Bilingual (English–Spanish); Familiar with HR tools, ATS systems, and ideally AI-driven sourcing solutions.Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.Join a fast-growing AI and people operations company with global clients.Work closely with senior leadership and influence company culture directly.Competitive compensation, IMSS + SGMM benefits, and a performance bonus structure.
