At SARELLY, marketing is not a support function — it is a core growth engine. The RoleYou will own the end-to-end marketing strategy formulation, execution, and performance measurement, ensuring alignment between creative ambition and commercial results.Contributing to and shaping the marketing strategy across marketsStructuring and prioritizing marketing initiatives and campaignsManaging and aligning large creative and performance teamsWhat You'll Own Team Leadership & Project ManagementLead and coordinate Social Media, Paid Marketing, PR, and Creative teamsAct as the central point of alignment across all marketing functionsStrategy, Performance Marketing & GrowthContribute to marketing strategy formulation across awareness, acquisition, and retentionOwn the full marketing funnel: awareness → consideration → conversion → retentionROI & Budget Ownership (Core KPI)Own marketing budget allocation across Mexico and the U. Reallocate spend based on performance and learningsEmail Marketing & Owned ChannelsOversee email marketing strategy, calendar, and performanceEnsure alignment between email, campaigns, and commercial prioritiesCampaigns & Brand ExecutionTranslate launches and brand moments into integrated marketing campaignsData, Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards to monitor performance across channels and marketsUse data to inform decisions and strategy, not just report results3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital marketing~ Strong understanding of digital marketing, Klaviyo, performance, and funnels~ Excellent project management and organizational skillsCreative sensitivity paired with performance disciplineComfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and dataAble to align creative, PR, and performance teams around shared objectivesFluent in Spanish and English
