This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, ideally commercial painting, who enjoys repetitive work, works well independently, and can move quickly without losing accuracy.ResponsibilitiesReview and process a high volume of construction projects daily.Tag and classify leads based on defined qualification rules.Work daily in Building Connected and other lead platforms such as Plan Hub, Construct Connect, and GC plan rooms.Monitor lead-related emails and route information appropriately.Maintain accurate tracking in Google Sheets or internal systems.Follow established processes consistently.Flag issues or edge cases when rules do not clearly apply.Participate in weekly review meetings with estimators.Take ownership of assigned workload and meet daily volume expectations.RequirementsAt least 2 years of remote work experience in lead generation, construction support, or similar roles.Comfortable working with repetitive tasks at high volume.Able to process information quickly and accurately.Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Proactive communicator when something is unclear.It is a plus if you haveExperience using Building Connected.Familiarity with Plan Hub, Construct Connect, or GC plan rooms.Experience supporting construction or commercial painting teams.Technical RequirementsAt least 2 monitors.Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for outages.Quiet, professional workspace suitable for focused work.CompensationThis role begins with a three-month trial period at a fixed monthly rate.
