This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, ideally commercial painting, who enjoys repetitive work, works well independently, and can move quickly without losing accuracy.Review and process a high volume of construction projects daily.Tag and classify leads based on defined qualification rules.Work daily in Building Connected and other lead platforms such as Plan Hub, Construct Connect, and GC plan rooms.Monitor lead-related emails and route information appropriately.At least 2 years of remote work experience in lead generation, construction support, or similar roles.Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Experience supporting construction or commercial painting teams.
