Utiliza datos y métricas para mejorar el rendimiento, optimizar inversión y generar insights accionables. Domina plataformas como Meta, Tik Tok y Linked In Ads para garantizar eficiencia operativa y desempeño superior en cada campaña.Liderar la implementación de la estrategia de Paid Social Media, alinéando con los objetivos del area y los onjetivos de la planeación.Comunicación con el equipo de planeación Apex, para identficar oportunidades en conjunto.Ejecutar las campañas en las diferentes plataformas, desde la implementación, hasta el análisis de los resultados.Optimización de las campañas, basándose en el análisis de los KPIs y costos garantizados.Mantenerse actualizado en cuanto a tendencias, plataformas, formatos, métricas y costos.Requerimientos mínimos:Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión e implementación de Social Media.Dominio de plataformas de Social Media: Tik Tok, Meta, Instagram, X, Linkedin.Capacidad de interpretar las métricas y generar reportes con análisis e insights de las campañas.Conocimiento del uso de APIs en redes sociales, para automatizar el flujo de datos cuando sea necesario.Manejo de Pixeles, SDK y Eventos.Capacidadd de análisis de datos y métricas digitales Full Funnel.Inglés (deseable)Data-driven mindset: Capacidad para interpretar métricas y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.Conocimiento técnico avanzado: Configuración, segmentación, pujas y optimización en plataformas sociales.Innovación y tendencias: Actualización constante en mejores prácticas y nuevas funcionalidades.Herramientas y PlataformasMeta Ads Manager(Facebook, Instagram)Google Analytics(para análisis cruzado)Google Data Studio, Tableau)Plataformas adicionales: Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, X Ads"No discriminamos por motivo alguno: ni por motivo de raza, color, religión, género, identidad de género, orientación sexual, discapacidad, edad, estado civil, origen nacional o por cualquier otra característica.
