We lead with heart and operate with precision, creating space for success, stability, and sustainable expansion in every organization we support."You have +2 years experiencein lead generation.You areproficientin Google Sheets, email management, and construction administrative support.English- Fully fluent.Spanish- Fully fluent.Note: This is an independent contractor position under the management of Executive VA Solutions.This is a contractor role and does not include employee benefits.Lead Generation and Qualification Specialist.Bilingual Virtual Assistant EN ES.Full-Time Mexico City Area.Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Oklahoma City Time Zone.Remote role - candidates must be based in Mexico City/Mexico State or nearby areas to support potential local team growth in the future.We are looking for a fast, consistent, and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant to handle lead generation and qualification for our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, ideally commercial painting, who enjoys repetitive work, works well independently, and can move quickly without losing accuracy.Review and process a high volume of construction projects daily.Tag and classify leads based on defined qualification rules.Work daily in BuildingConnected and other lead platforms such as PlanHub, ConstructConnect, and GC plan rooms.Monitor lead-related emails and route information appropriately.At least 2 years of remote work experience in lead generation, construction support, or similar roles.Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Experience supporting construction or commercial painting teams.Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for outages.After the trial, compensation will be reviewed and adjusted within the published range based on performance and consistency.
