We are based out of Coral Springs Florida.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, remote role for a Maintenance Coordinator for a residential property management company based in Coral Springs, FL. The Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and manage daily maintenance operations, including scheduling and supervising repairs, conducting preventive maintenance activities, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The role involves ensuring the properties we manage are being properly maintained, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The Maintenance Coordinator will also support the team by providing guidance and leadership to achieve operational excellence.QualificationsKnowledge in Property Maintenance and skills in identifying and resolving maintenance-related issuesStrong understanding of Preventive Maintenance practices and their implementationExperience in Maintenance Management, including planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance programsSupervisory Skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate maintenance teams effectivelyDemonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance standardsPrior experience in property management or a related field is requiredFluency in English and SpanishPay: US $8 - $10/hour depending on experienceHours: 10-15 Hours / Week with future growth to Full Time
