Location: RemoteExperience: Associate / Consultant (2–4 years)Senior Consultant (4+ years)English Level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher)We're growing fast and looking for talented Workday Extend Consultant with a B2+ level of English to join our team Must Haves:Associate / Consultant (2–4 years)2–4 years of experience in technical consulting, software development, integrations, or enterprise system implementations (ERP, HCM, Financials).Experience participating in the design or development of custom technical solutions on enterprise platforms.Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Strong verbal and written communication skills in client-facing environments.Senior Consultant (4+ years)4+ years of experience designing and leading complex technical solutions, including extended applications, process automation, or advanced integrations within enterprise ecosystems.Requirements: Workday Extend Certification, Workday Orchestrate Certification.Familiarity with the Workday Developer Site, including:-Object and data modeling-Extend UI framework-Security concepts (domains, roles, business process security)Hands-on experience with Workday Extend and/or Workday Orchestrate to build custom applications and orchestrated workflows.Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and event-driven integrations within Workday.Solid understanding of the end-to-end software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through testing, deployment, and support.Ability to collaborate effectively with functional, integrations, and client stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.Benefits Package:We offer a competitive and comprehensive set of benefits, including:Major and minor medical insurance benefits that include coverage for spouse and children, as well as support for medical expenses.Life insuranceSavings fundGrocery vouchersChristmas BonusCareer Path DevelopmentTelework allowanceWellness & cultural support programsDiscounts on graduate programs at universities like Tec de Monterrey and UAGLanguage school discountsPlease send your updated CV in English to start the process
