We promote an inclusive culture, valuing different perspectives and providing career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizant**Responsibilities**:- Lead the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to meet business needs- Oversee the integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems- Provide technical expertise in Workday configurations and customizations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Workday solutions- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday implementations- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Workday deployments- Train and mentor junior team members on Workday technologies and best practices- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Financial Management and HCM- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new Workday functionalities- Ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technology processes and methodologies**Qualifications**:- Must have extensive experience in Workday Financial Management- Must have strong expertise in Workday HCM- Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities- Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments- Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously- Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges- Must be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives- Must have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team- Must be adaptable to changing business needs and priorities- Must have a passion for continuous learning and professional development.Certifications RequiredWorkday Certified Professional TOGAF CertifiedWhy Cognizant?Improve your career with one of the largest and fastest-growing IT service providers worldwide.Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.Have highly competitive benefits and salary packages.Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies.We are committed to respecting human rights and building a better future by helping your minds and the environment.We invest in people and their well-being.We build conditions for everyone to thrive.
