With a combined track record of over 160 years across four continents and 22 production sites, RESRG's 10,000 skilled team members manufacture the latest exterior systems and components for the world's leading automotive manufacturers.RESRG Automotive is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support our corporate HR Director while being based in Mexico.Your JobWe are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator to support our Troy Michigan corporate HR team while working remotely from Mexico. This role plays an integral part in talent management processes, HR operations, and internal communications, while also contributing to branding and design initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, manages multiple priorities well, and is comfortable supporting a U. S.-based team remotely on both ongoing tasks and special projects.What you Will do in Your RoleManage onboarding within the HRIS system, ensuring all new-hire information is accurate and up to date.Own document management processes, including maintaining updated HR files and digital documentation.Serve as the primary owner of the HR Share Point site – organize content, update resources, and ensure easy navigation for users.Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and budget related administrative tasks for the HR department.Maintain accurate records of department expenditures and support monthly/quarterly budget tracking.Support the development and execution of internal communications, announcements, and HR related messaging.Assist with basic marketing design tasks, including creating branded materials, presentation decks, templates, and visual assets.Help maintain consistent company branding across HR documents, internal communications, and employee facing materials.Supports the company's talent management processes, including performance cycles, talent reviews employee development initiatives and data trackingContribute to HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with the training capability to design and implement programs that enhance leadership capabilities and develop talent at all levels.Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for adjustments based on market trends, internal equity, and business requirements.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements across relevant jurisdictions.Utilize analytical skills to gather, process, and interpret HR data to provide insights, track key metrics, support decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field2-4+ years of progressive HR experience.Experience in a complex, fast-paced, and global business environment.Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation, performance management, and HR best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Bilingual (English & Spanish)Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations.High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.What Will Put You AheadMasters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldHR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar)Preferred experience working with a manufacturing environmentThis role is not eligible for sponsorshipAbout the CompanyWe are a fast-growing B2 B company with a strong internal culture that values respect for others, diversity, serving a greater purpose, and passionate creativity.
